I had just purchased PHPforms Pro and was on a very fast track to get some forms posted to our charity web site. I ran into a installation problem and entered a help ticket. It took only a few minutes to get a relay and the assistance that I received was superb. I was walked through the problem, which was with my ISP, and made the corrections and was up and running in a few minutes. I really would say that this type of support was some of the best I have had. I have used HTML for a long time but I am new to PHP so I can not emphasize the importance of the help.
